How does shipping work?

I use USPS flat rate shipping and charge the cost of shipping. If the website overcharges you at any point, I will refund the difference. Insurance up to a $50 value is included. If you’d like additional insurance, that will be charged separately.

 

How soon do you ship?

When an order is received I try to get it packed and shipped the next day. If an order is placed on the weekend it is shipped Monday.

 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

 

Why doesn't my tracking show any movement?

Packages are taken to the post office the same day they are packed. USPS does not always update tracking information in a timely manner.

 

What if you don't have what I'm looking for?

I am adding inventory to the website daily. If you are looking for something and don't see it on the website, please use the Contact Us form or send an email to support@abstractserenity.com. I will try my best to find it for you.

 

How often do you add new inventory?

I am a one person operation right now. I do my best to post new inventory as soon as possible. I have a product question.

 

What is the best way to reach you?

You can submit your question through the Contact Us page or send an email to support@abstractserenity.com. I try to answer all questions within 24 hours. I can't tell how big the crystal is.

 

Can I request additional pictures?

You can absolutely request additional pictures if you are unsure about the size. Most crystals will have photos with a ruler and a scale to show the size, but the smaller stones or bulk items will not. I want you to be 100% sure that it's the right crystal for you or a friend.
